This book club will include 2 evening sessions! This is a facilitated wellness-focused book discussion that includes guided reflection, light movement, and a calm, supportive space. Spots are limited to keep it intimate. February 12th and February 26th at 6:00pm. Price is $40 total. Included in each session: -- 15 minutes of yoga & relaxation -- Guided discussion of "The Let Them Theory" -- 5-10 minutes of journaling and discussing take away from the session ***Purchase book on your own prior to the first session*** Prior to Session #1, please read the Introduction + chapters 1-10. Prior to Session #2, please read chapter 11 - 20 + the Conclusion Summary of the book: Ever feel exhausted trying to manage other people’s reactions, expectations, or opinions?
