I have been doing this for a couple of weeks now and wow have I seen a difference in how I feel! They are there if you have any questions and answer in a timely fashion. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable or afraid to be honest!

I found this place on Facebook when they posted about a yoga class they were hosting. They had a teacher come in and tell us about the history of yoga and then walked us through a basic yoga class. My friend and I went and had so much fun! They were friendly and inclusive and I would absolutely love to go back!

Food and movement can be so confusing and frustrating. Everyone has a different opinion. A while ago I received an invite to the FUEL Facebook group, and thought, what could it hurt, if I find no benefit, I’ll just leave the group. I did not have that issue. I found the posts and comments interesting and useful. I’ve been on quite the health journey on my own the last two years, and one day I decided I needed some outside input. Was I making the right choices? Am I on the right track? How do I keep on this path? So I messaged Cindy. We went through everything, all the details! She offered praise for how was doing so far and made suggestions on what I could change to continue on my betterment journey. She was kind, answered all my questions big or small, absolutely no judgement, let me know that I was supported in whatever changes that I wanted to make. She celebrated my successes and helped when I felt like I was struggling. Part of the way through our journey together, I received notice about a medication that I had been taking but was no longer covered by insurance. I was worried, but knew that I needed to make plans to adapt to this change when it came. Cindy was right there to tell me that I can absolutely sustain my current changes without this med, and we can make adjustments now so it’s easier when the time comes. While my appeal was approved, the changes she suggested I’ve continued to implement. I can’t say enough about her! Cindy is the best, and is so passionate about helping you to make your life better, with all the knowledge to back up that passion! You won’t regret working with her. Promise.

We covered my health history, goals, and general dietary requirements that I hadn’t even considered. She was able to offer ideas on how to incorporate more protein into my diet, as well as meal ideas that would be easy to prepare. I found out about Fuel for Your Health from a newspaper article. And I was very happy to read about it. For the last 8 years, I have been looking for a personal trainer to help me develop an exercise program.
After talking with Cindy, I realized the benefit of having a personal health coach. Cindy is very knowledgeable about medical information and she translates this information into practical suggestions. She explains medical conditions so I can understand them. I can easily apply her knowledge towards improving my overall health. She helps guide me in my eating and nutrition.
Also, Cindy is very beneficial because she is aware of so many resources such as recipes and books that I can explore and try as I deem appropriate. She is very personable, friendly and easy to work with and she encourages me to help achieve my goals.

Jamie is very knowledgeable about physical conditioning. She listens to my concerns and then tailors a detailed program to meet my specific needs. She designed an exercise program that I can use at home.

Jamie is willing to assist in any way to help me reach my desired goals. As I am aging, I want to gain more strength and work on maintaining my balance to stay on my feet.
