Personalized, Accessible, Affordable Primary Care

 

Direct Primary Care is a modern healthcare model that focuses on the relationship between you and your provider — not insurance companies. Instead of billing insurance for every visit, members pay a simple monthly fee that covers most primary care services.  We can provide all of the care that a traditional family medicine clinic can provide.

 

What Your Membership Includes

• Unlimited office visits

• Same-day or next-day appointments for urgent/acute concerns when available

• Longer, unrushed visits with your provider

• Direct access by phone, text, or secure messaging especially for urgent concerns

• Preventive care and chronic disease management

• Basic in-office procedures

• Basic in-office testing

• Coordination of specialty care and referrals when needed

• Access to discounted labs, medications, diagnostic without needing/using your insurance

• You can still use your insurance for medications, labs, diagnostics if you choose

**Membership fees are HSA payment eligible**

No copays. No surprise bills. No insurance billing. The membership fee is all you pay for the care you receive from us.  Additional fees would only apply if services outside of our clinic needs to be accessed such as labs, imaging, referrals, prescriptions.  Often we can get you access to less expensive options for these additional services.​​
